The Leacraft project is a complete residential renovation, reimagined from the inside out. Rather than partial updates, this home underwent a full transformation—where structure, finishes, and detailing were carefully aligned to create a cohesive, contemporary living environment.
The result is a residence defined by precision, restraint, and craftsmanship, where every element serves both function and architectural clarity.
Design Intent & Transformation
The renovation focused on elevating everyday living through clean geometry, refined material transitions, and integrated lighting. Spaces were stripped back and rebuilt with a clear vision: modern, timeless interiors that feel intentional rather than decorative.
Circulation, sightlines, and proportions were carefully recalibrated to improve flow and spatial balance across the home.
Custom Millwork & Built-Ins
A defining feature of the Leacraft renovation is the custom millwork throughout the home. From integrated wall units and shelving to concealed storage solutions, each element was designed to feel architectural—quietly present, never overpowering.
Wood finishes are balanced with stone and matte surfaces, creating contrast while maintaining warmth and continuity across rooms.
Staircase as a Sculptural Element
The staircase was treated as a central architectural feature rather than a purely functional element. Curved geometry, solid wood treads, and refined metal railings come together to create a sculptural focal point that anchors the interior.
Its openness allows light to travel vertically through the home, reinforcing a sense of connection between levels.
Bathrooms & Interior Detailing
Bathrooms were fully reworked with a focus on minimalism and material quality. Floating vanities, integrated stone surfaces, concealed lighting, and precise detailing create calm, spa-like environments.
Lighting is layered and indirect, enhancing textures while maintaining a soft, balanced atmosphere.
Builder’s Perspective
From a construction standpoint, the Leacraft renovation demanded a high level of coordination and discipline. Working within an existing structure required careful sequencing, precise tolerances, and constant alignment between design intent and on-site execution.
Every junction—millwork to wall, stone to cabinetry, stair to structure—was resolved with long-term durability and visual clarity in mind.
